Guide for Club Admins
LEAGUE MATCHES kick-off times are:
Start of the season until October (end of BST) 2.30pm
October (end of BST) until March (start of BST) 2.00pm
March (start of BST) until the end of the season 2.30pm
Different kick-off times may apply for teams at certain grounds & by mutual consent
Cup games - kick-off half an hour earlier
1. Home teams must give five clear days’ notice of the match details to their opponents and the Referee; see
Rule 20.(C). That’s Monday for Saturday matches, not Tuesday.
2. In the event of both teams having the same colours, it’s the AWAY team that must change, see Rule
19.(F). When arranging the match, check your opponent’s colours.
3. For all the Bromley & South London F.L. competitions the team administrators for both the HOME & AWAY
Teams must reply to their FA Full-Time Results Text with the score of the game in the required format, see
Rule 21.(B). All Outside Cup Results MUST be text to the Secretary mobile 07734 699 965. Saturday match
results must be sent in by 5pm. Each team can have 2 team administrators set up on Full-Time and either
of these administrators can send in the score-line.
4. Fully completed match statistics must be completed on the FA Full-Time website within 3 days of the
game being played; see Rule 21.(A).
5. Player registration is on the Club Portal. You can do emergency registrations on match days using the
usual process – but read Rule 18 carefully – please check the player is not suspended from playing.
6. If you have 7 players, you have enough to play a match, see Rule 20.(D).
7. All teams should provide an Assistant Referee; see Rule 23.(C). All teams must have a First Aid kit at
every match.
8. Should it be necessary to cancel or postpone a match, then you must inform the League Fixture
Secretary, the Referee Secretary, your opponents, the Match Officials and then your players, in that order,
see Rule 20.(E)(iii).
9. Please answer all correspondence immediately as requested by the League Officer; see Rule 6.(I).
10. Any fine imposed on your Club will be increased in accordance with the fine tariff, if not paid within 14
days, see Rule 6.(J).
11. The official kick-off times are shown above. All our cup matches start 30 minutes earlier to allow for
extra time & penalties. If you want to kick off earlier you must agree with your opponents & the referee,
and you must inform the Fixture & Referee Secretaries.
12. You may use 5 substitute players on a roll-on-roll-off basis in all our League & Cup matches, but they must
be nominated to the referee before the start of the match. Please read Rule 20.(F) carefully.
13. If you follow these points, your club will profit, and the above are only a few pointers. All the League &
Cup Rules should be read and understood. All our League Officers will be pleased to help you. If you are in
doubt, just phone them.
